If your appointment is cancelled within twenty-four hours you will be charged the deposit of the service booked. If your appointment is cancelled outside of that twenty-four hour grace period your deposit will be refunded. While I understand that life happens, if you're fifteen minutes late to your appointment I will reschedule you and you will lose your deposit. No Show appointments will result in the loss of your deposit as well the remaining service charge for the appointment booked. At this time I do not allow plus ones! I simply do not have the space at this time. This includes: pets, children, your bestie, your partner, your neighbors neighbor etc. Within time I will have a space for plus ones and will gladly accommodate at that time. If you are sick PLEASE reschedule! Please take into consideration the health of my household, as much as I do with yours. If you are sick upon arrival to your appointment I do have the right to refuse service and you will be charged for the entirety of the service booked and will be rescheduled. Reminder: Deposits go towards the entirety of the service booked.
